After graduating in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Gürel Baltalı focused on structural engineering. He joined Özün Proje in 2008, working on the design and management of projects in Russia, Kazakhstan, Iraq and Libya.
In 2011, he moved to Austria and began postgraduate studies at Graz University of Technology. He completed his master’s degree in 2014 and returned to Türkiye. Following roles as Deputy Project Manager, he worked as Engineering Coordinator at the STAR Refinery.
